Scope of use of information

Collecting customer data will help us:

  • Grasp the requirements and wishes of customers to improve product quality.
  • Help customers update information on promotions and discounts organized by us as soon as possible.
  • Support customers when there are complaints and disputes as quickly as possible.
  • Prevent activities that disclose personal information or activities that impersonate customers;

  • In case of legal requirements: psv.vn is responsible for cooperating in providing personal information of customers when requested by judicial agencies including: Procuracies, courts, and police agencies investigating related to certain violations of the law of customers.   • Customers have the right to check, update, correct or cancel their personal information by themselves or request psv.vn to do this.
  • Customers have the right to submit a complaint about the disclosure of personal information to a 3rd party to the management of the psv.vn. When receiving these feedbacks, psv.vn will reconfirm the information, must be responsible for answering the reason and instructing customers to restore and secure the information.

  • The Management Board psv.vn require individuals when registering/purchasing goods to provide all relevant personal information such as: Full name, email, phone number and be responsible for the legality of the above information. psv.vn management is not responsible for nor does it resolve any complaints related to the interests of such customer if it considers that all personal information provided by such customer at the time of initial registration is incorrect.
